Vintage Black velvet dress Size 8-10
A fantastic vintage panelled fit and flare dress from Simpsons of Piccadilly. It has satin piping at each seam and as extra panels in the skirt. there is then a net skirt underneath to give shape and the dress is fully lined. The sleeves can be worn off the shoulder and there are elasticated straps to keep it in place. It fastens with a zip at the back. In great condition.
